  10. you have poor customer care service, i must say. on july 24th i was trying to transfer money to a postgraduate school, but the money didnt get to them and my money wasnt refunded, since then, have been calling customer care and they ve been promising five working days after five working days, i ve also been to the bank countless times all to no avail. i think this matter needs to be reported to CBN authority, because you people are fraudsters.
