This time, we are going to list the current richest celebrities in Nigeria at the moment who through their performances and popularity has seen their fortune skyrocket due to endorsement deals, assets, collaborations and their brand worth.
These top biggest earners in the Nigerian entertainment industry isn’t limited to the male gender alone as top richest actresses in Nigeria like Genevieve Nnnaji and Kate Henshaw made the list. Also, the likes of popular Nigerian musicians like 2Face, P-square and Wizkid made the list of celebrities who are rich in Nigeria for 2016.

Although, she has not been seen on screen for some time, it may surprise you to know that Genevieve Nnaji holds the record of the Nigerian richest celebrity with the highest endorsement deals. Deals with brands like Amstel Malta, Lux, Polo, Etisalat, e.t.c has seen her earn her spot among Nollywood’s highest earners. She bought a N220 million mansion in Ikoyi Lagos and also owns a clothing line, St Genevieve.

He is one of Nigeria’s young richest musician. He was born into a wealthy family. His songs are among the popular songs in Nigeria. He also has endorsement deals worth millions of Naira.

Thema jaiye orimistar makes most of his money from his performances, where he charges between N2.4 million ($15,800) and N3 million ($19,000) per gig and regularly plays three to four times a week. He’s also a brand ambassador for Nigerian telecom giant MTN, and was featured in Coca Cola-Nigeria’s World Cup theme song and Microsoft’s Anti-cyber Crime Initiative. He’s also CEO of EME Music, one of the top record labels in Nigeria.
The baby-faced artiste’s has some major deals with MTN, Pepsi, and a deal with Guinness. He owns a N150 million home in Lekki, and has a few high-end cars, which he likely pays for with the N3 million to N6 million he charges per concert. The Cross River singer who is a proud owner of a N30 million Aston Martin has a N60 million endorsement deal with MTN, as well as an agreement with mobile phone manufacturer Solo Mobile. He also just recently signed a multi-million naira deal with online electronics mall YUDALA.
