Question 34 is not properly constructed. Dr. Nnamdi Azikwe was the first “indigenous Head of State” in Nigeria. He was not elected/appointed as a president because the system of government practiced then was “parliamentary system” and not “presidential system”. Presidential system of government began in 1979 under Shehu Shagari’s regime.
