Most heart problems mostly does come with a clear warning signs, some heart symptoms does not even occur and it is not easy to tell what is going on in the heart.  In this case this article is going to list of the symptoms of heart disease  that is mostly mistaken for primary or normal ailment.

CHESTPAIN

This is the most common sign of heart danger, this symptom might indicate that there is a blocked artery or having a heart attack.  Other signs are tightness and pressure in the chest but most people has described the symptom as a burning sensation around their chest.

 Pain that Spreads to the Arm

Another classic heart attack symptom is pain that radiates down the left side of the body. It almost always starts from the chest and moves outward part of the arm.

DIZZINESS/LIGHTHEADED

A lot of things can cause dizzy or lightheaded but if you all of a sudden feel unsteady and having shortness of breath or discomfort around the chest, this might be a sign.

EXHAUSTION

If you suddenly feel fatigued after doing something you had no problem doing in the past, this might be a sign. Unexplained weakness which last for days can be a symptom of a heart attack.

SNORING

Unusual loud snoring that sounds like choking or gasping of breath is a sign of sleep apnea and is also a factor, this puts extra stress in the heart.

COUGHING

If there is a long lasting cough that produces white or pink mucus , it might likely indicate a sign of heart failure.

SWOLLEN LEGS

This could be a sign that your heart doesn’t pump blood as effectively as it should. When the heart can’t pump fast enough, blood backs up in the veins and causes bloating. Heart failure can also make it harder for the kidneys to remove extra water and sodium from the body, which can lead to bloating.
